There are two versions of Milko’s inspiration for that song called “Hold the blanket”. The first one is based on the Bulgarian belief that when you’re dreaming of something really nice (esp. fucking) you usually wake up with the blanket stuck up your ass. The second one is more pragmatic - It’s that Milko simply loves hygiene and even when having good times with a chick on his sofa, he covers the soft furniture with a white blanket.
